Meet Adeola
Adeola, aka Dee, is a passionate project manager at a nonprofit, dedicated to helping older citizens live their best lives. When she’s not doing meaningful work, she’s doomscrolling social media or watching football. A die-hard Messi fan, she will defend him passionately—and endlessly.
Fun fact: Dee met Smiley through a football competition, and as the novels say… happily ever after.
Meet Boluwatife
Boluwatife, aka Smiley, is a Lagos boy through and through.
Ironically, he met Adeola miles away at a sporting event in Akure while he was still in school. Life works in funny ways.
Smiley works as a digital marketing specialist, and in his free time, he enjoys creating content—and making people laugh.
Our Story
We’ve been friends since 2017—almost a decade ago.
By 2018/2019, that friendship had grown into something deeper.
In August 2020, we officially left the bestie zone and started dating. 5+ years later, we’re ready to lock in forever.
